So its October and I've not been out running in over a week due to shifts and a rotten cold that wont go away. My diet got put on hold for most of last month but trying to get back on track with a new month.

Some other New happenings this month
5 things to do in October

Run at least twice a week every week.
Lose at least 4 lbs
Finish at least 4 pages in my MeTAV album.
Get caught up on paperwork in the house
Start Christmas cards!
